I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything. The rooms were beautiful, and the Wi-Fi made my stay even more convenient. However, some areas could use a bit of improvement.

The service was very accommodating to our allergies but had a slight issue finding my Bonvey member number. The location was awesome, close to Boston Commons and Chinatown.
